MATA Official Chelsea Five Year Contracted

Official Chelsea landed the former Valencia star, Juan Mata at Stamford Bridge.

"Transfer of Valencia Juan Mata been completed today, and he was able to play against Norwich on Saturday," a statement on Chelsea's official website.

In Chelsea, Mata contracted five years. Mata previously spent four years with Valencia with a notch 43 goals from 179 appearances.

Mata will become the third Spanish player in Andre Villa-Boas squad this season. The Blues had previously contracted Romeu from Barcelona and Fernando Torres from Liverpool last January.

Chelsea did not mention the value Mata transfer from Valencia, but reports in Spain say Mata in respect 28 million euros.
